TMP System SW HW V3.8

SUPERFICIAL ACTIVITY

Meteorology

Description:

TMP was designed to operate along with several metrology sensors such as pluviometers and temperature gauges. The seesaw pluviometer uses two calibrated and coupled spoons that generate electrical pulses related to the amount of rain in a determinated área. For the temperature, a basic electronic sensor that delivers a voltage as a function of temperature in the environment is used. The TMP counts the pulses delivered by the pluviometer and digitizes the temperature sensor voltage changes to convert them into data which are sent to the processing base for its further interpretation.

This method records atmospheric changes that occur in the environment and is useful to be related to other methodologies of monitoring and watching.
